Pennsylvania American Water Company wants to raise rates for thousands of Butler customers
Pennsylvania American Water Company is buying out the Butler Area Sewer Authority (BASA) and the deal could mean rate hikes for thousands of customers.
“Looking at the rate increase, it’s a pretty dramatic jump,” said Mike Powers, a BASA customer.
