According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, the winning ticket was a $3 Million Snow Bank Scratch-Off.

The winning ticket was sold at Sheetz at 2401 Washington Road in Canonsburg. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, the Pennsylvania Lottery said.
