Pensacon announces Black Friday sale and Golden Ticket giveaway
With the holiday season upon us, Pensacon is getting into the spirit of giving with a special offer and contest spanning Thanksgiving Weekend, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Beginning Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23, through Monday, Nov. 27, weekend passes for Pensacon 2024 will be 20% off with the code TURKEY at checkout. Passes are available around the clock at pensacon.com.
One lucky ticket buyer will receive the Golden Ticket for Pensacon 2024. The Golden Ticket will upgrade any pass purchase to VIP Experience passes, with all of the VIP benefits, including early admission, free parking (on a space-available basis), priority seating at panels, priority celebrity lines and more. Additionally, the Golden Ticket winner will receive one free autograph and photo opportunity with the celebrity guest of their choice, as well as an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Pensacon 2024.
Those who’ve already purchased passes for Pensacon 2024 will automatically be entered for the Golden Ticket drawing.
Pensacon is the Gulf Coast’s premier fan event, bringing three days of family friendly fun to downtown Pensacola, Feb. 23-25, 2024. Fans of all varieties of pop culture will enjoy a full weekend of excitement, meeting their favorite actors, artists, authors and other celebrities as well as enjoying live entertainment, cosplay and costume contests, intriguing panels, gaming, a film festival, unique shopping opportunities and much more. More than just a sci-fi or comic convention, Pensacon spans all genres and mediums to offer something for just about everyone.

Guests slated to appear in 2024 include Mark Sheppard, known for his roles in “Supernatural,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Firefly,” “Doom Patrol” and “Leverage”; comedy icon Vicki Lawrence of “The Carol Burnett Show” and “Mama’s Family”; stand-up comics and film stars Faizon Love (“Elf”) and Pauly Shore (“Encino Man”); Hollywood royalty Clint Howard (“The Waterboy,” “Apollo 13,” “Gentle Ben,” “Star Trek”); legendary director Joe Dante (“Gremlins,” “Innerspace”); “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” stars Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters; “The Boys” star Jessie T. Usher; “American Dad!” voice actors Rachel MacFarlane and Jeff Fischer; “Rocky Horror Picture Show” stars Barry Bostwick, Patricia Quinn and Nell Campbell; voice actress Christina Vee (“Miraculous,” “Genshin Impact”); “Terrifier” creator/director Damien Leone and star David Howard Thornton); WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Mick Foley; and “The Walking Dead” stars Chandler Riggs and Seth Gilliam, among dozens of others.
