People are freaked out by this ‘glitch in the Matrix’ of all red cars
A TikTok account known for sharing unexplainable things has once again left people baffled with its latest video.
In the video @gl1tch1nth3m4tr1x posted, two unnamed people are sitting in a line of traffic when they notice that the two cars in front of them are red. On its own, that would be a funny coincidence but nothing to freak out about. When they begin to look around them, however, things start to get weird.
In addition to the two red cars in front of them, they notice three other cars around the corner are also red. So is the truck parked in a driveway right next to them, as well as the car parked in a driveway across the street.
“That’s nuts, I don’t like that,” someone says off-camera.
But when the camera pans over to the left, and another oncoming vehicle enters the frame, things go from weird to creepy.
“I feel f****** creeped out, mother—ahhh!” one of the passengers yells as a red Jeep pulls up out of nowhere. The video then cuts out just as the two people begin to panic.
This isn’t the first unexplainable event of its kind to leave TikTok truly baffled — as in the case of the woman who was dog-sitting for her best friend and saw an identical dog outside, or the mom who took her toddler on a shopping trip to Walmart, only to see a poster of a child who looked exactly like him in the kids’ department. Another TikToker once swore that items from her home were multiplying after unpacking during a move and finding doubles of several things she owned.
These bizarre coincidences have been dubbed “glitches in the Matrix” by TikTokers.
“glitch in the matrix yall cracked the code that day,” one person wrote in the comments.
“that jeep creeped around the corner like ‘I’m going to get you,'” joked another.
“Jeep said ‘your not gonna believe this,'” someone else chimed in.
“Meanwhile, they’re all probably going to a red car convention,” yet another person joked.
