Speakers

Mark J. LeWinter of Raynes Lawn Hehmeyer recently delivered a continuing legal education presentation for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

The program, titled “Trial Technology for All Types of Cases,” covered how attorneys can more effectively use and maximize the benefits of technology in depositions and in front of a jury.

The event was held as part of the PTLA’s “Luncheon Lecture” series, held monthly, where attendees receive 1 CLE credit in various areas of practice.

LeWinter represents victims of injury—largely in unsafe product and workplace accidents.

He has lectured at more than 100 seminars on products liability issues as well as the use of demonstrative evidence and technology in the courtroom for such organizations as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the America Association of Justice.

He currently serves on the national board of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
