Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba announced that Stephanie A. Koenig joined the firm as an attorney in the real estate, land use and development and employment and labor relations law practice groups.
Prior to joining Fitzpatrick Lentz, Koenig was an associate attorney at Zator Law in Allentown, where she managed a portfolio of cases encompassing a broad range of matters dealing with real estate, land development and employment issues.
Koenig earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. She is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania, where she is admitted to practice before both the state and federal courts.

Mannion Prior, a trust and estates litigation firm headquartered in King of Prussia, announced that Stanley R. Ott joined the firm in an of counsel role.
Mannion Prior focuses its practice on trust and estates litigation across Pennsylvania in the Orphans’ Court division.
The firm represents clients in seminal trust and estates matters.
In 2018, Ott retired as a senior judge in Montgomery County after 31 years of experience on the bench.
Ott issued over 200 published opinions, including leading decisions on the rights of alleged incapacitated persons, trustee and executor fees, the mental capacity necessary to execute estate planning documents, and the fiduciary duties of trustees.
Ott’s 2004 ruling allowed the Barnes Foundation to move from Merion to its current home in Philadelphia.
Ott will spearhead the development of Mannion Prior’s mediation and arbitration practice, engage in select trust and estates consultations and counsel, and expert witness engagements.
Speakers
Attorney Gabriela Raful of Galfand Berger presented a CLE course called “Exploring New Paths: Community Projects” at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Conference of County Bar Leaders.
The CLE discussed new ways to enhance public service projects and the pro bono work of local bar associations, regardless of its size or budget.
Raful is a partner at Galfand Berger, where she represents injured clients in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, products liability and Social Security disability.
Elected and Appointed
Greenberg Traurig elevated environmental attorney Jillian C. Kirn and business immigration attorney Nataliya Rymer to shareholder.
The firm also announced the elevation of litigation attorney Gregory T. Sturges to of counsel.
All three attorneys are based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Kirn joined the Greenberg Traurig in 2012 and focuses her practice on complex environmental and energy litigation, regulatory compliance counseling and resolution of environmental liabilities identified during transactions that occur in this region and throughout the United States.
Rymer joined the firm in 2013 and focuses her practice on employment-based immigration and compliance, representing a wide range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters.
Her clients range from managers and executives to artists and entertainers to treaty traders and investors, among others.
Sturges came to Greenberg Traurig in 2014 and focuses his practice on commercial and mass tort litigation, with client representation including financial institutions, industrial, technology, education and pharmaceutical companies, both locally and across the nation.
Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 32 attorneys to shareholder and 27 to of counsel/counsel in more than 20 areas of legal practice.
