Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads added five associates to the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Patrick C. Cullen, Dylan F. Henry, Brandon Matsnev, Kimberly L. Sachs and Brianna Vinci joined the litigation department.

• Cullen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has a variety of experience in antitrust, consumer protection, products liability, and class action litigation in federal and state courts around the country.

• Henry focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent transfers, successor liability, partnership dissolution, professional malpractice and employment practices.

• Matsnev recently graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. He was previously a judicial intern to Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third

Circuit.

• Sachs recently graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She was a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge Juan R. Sanchez of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a judicial extern for Third Circuit Judge Marjorie O. Rendell and a legal extern in the Villanova University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.

• Vinci, a recent graduate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, was previously a judicial intern to U.S. District Magistrate Judge Marilyn Heffley of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Elected and Appointed



Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young partner Stephanie E. Sanderson-Braem was appointed to the professional advisors committee of The Community Foundation of South Jersey.

The foundation helps South Jersey ­residents harness the power of philanthropy to transform their community and the issues they care about most by helping donors create funds to achieve positive results in South Jersey.

Sanderson-Braem represents individuals, families with young children, families preparing for retirement, families having a child with special needs, closely held business owners, doctors, CEOs, ­same-sex couples and fiduciaries managing all ­aspects of trust and estate

administration.

She advises her clients on premarital agreements, business succession planning, lifetime giving and charitable giving in addition to the preparation and implementation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives.

Sanderson-Braem is also vice president of the board of trustees of the Cherry Hill Public Library, serves on the board of directors and is officer of the board of the Knights Education Foundation Inc., and serves on the board of directors of the Covenant House Pennsylvania.

Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig attorney Roberta D. Pichini was honored Oct. 13 as the 2018 recipient of Neumann University’s Arts & Sciences Distinguished Alumni Award.

At Feldman Shepherd, Pichini’s ­practice focuses on birth and neonatal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home and long-term care abuse, and personal injury litigation.
