People Think Miley Cyrus’s Haircut Looks Like “Tiger King” Joe Exotic

It’s safe to say Miley Cyrus has officially turned her step mullet into a full mullet. Though the musician and actor debuted her '90s-style shaggy cut earlier this year, she keeps on chopping and going further and further into mullet territory. And while the cut looks undeniably cool on Miley, fans couldn't help but notice a similarity between the star and a new Netflix new sensation, Tiger King's star Joe Exotic.

After seeing one of her latest Instagram lives, fans couldn’t help but notice the similarities between Miley’s and Joe’s hairdos. Joe also rocks an epic bleach blonde mullet with short, choppy bangs, which has lead fans to wonder if the tiger king himself was the perhaps inspiration for Miley's new look.

"Not Miley having the same haircut as Joe Exotic from Tiger King," tweeted one fan. "I nominate @MileyCyrus to play Joe Exotic in the movie remake," wrote another. "Miley Cyrus seems to be taking fashion tips from Joe Exotic on her livestream rn," added another.

Others are wondering, could Miley's cut have been a reaction to another week of self-isolation? "On Day 9 of Quarantine, we have Miley Cyrus here rocking the Joe Exotic look," questioned one fan. Or, perhaps they look so much alike that they could be related. "Are we absolutely sure that Miley Cyrus isn’t Joe Exotic’s daughter? The people have a right to know," wrote one Twitter user.

While Miley doesn't own any exotic big cats, she does love animals and country music, so the two probably have a few things in common. I mean, minus the whole, you know, hitman allegations and all that.

Miley hasn't yet reacted to the Twitter buzz around her new look, which likely wasn't inspired by a binge-watch of Tiger King. But if her ever-changing mullet cut is any indication, she's got something new up her sleeve, and we can't wait to find out what it is!
