PANAMA CITY BEACH — PeoplesSouth Bank will host a groundbreaking ceremony for a full-service branch in Panama City Beach at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. The new branch, Ocean Park Pavilion, will be located at 23044 Panama City Beach Parkway.

"The groundbreaking of this new facility demonstrates our commitment to, and investment in, Bay County," said Erin Stuckey, president of PeoplesSouth. "This is an exciting time of growth for PeoplesSouth Bank. We look forward to the opportunity to share our customer service-oriented community banking approach with all of you."

The building is scheduled to be completed in early 2023. The branch will house a lending team, retail banking staff, and include an ATM and three drive-through lanes.

In addition to the new facility, the bank will continue to serve the community at its locations in Lynn Haven, Callaway and Panama City, PeoplesSouth officials said.
