'Perfect Beer-in-a-Garden Weather': Snow Falls as Hospitality Restrictions Eased for England

Restaurants and pubs in England were again allowed to serve food and drink outdoors as lockdown restrictions eased on April 12, but the weather was not being very cooperative, with a wintry start experienced, and snow in some areas.

The UK’s Met Office said the snow would be in the south, with a “severe frost” under clear skies farther north.
