• Adobu's new tiny home can be assembled in two weeks—and the buyers won't have to lift a single wrench.
• The home is a collaboration between San Francisco-based Adobu and Kotu, a UK-based design studio.
• It also comes with a raft of add-ons, including an option to have all of the furniture and accessories shipped with the home.

It's a great time to be in the market for a tiny home. Over the past year, the category has seen such a surge in popularity that Amazon now offers several of the compact residences in its inventory, some of which practically build themselves.

While San Francisco-based Abodu's Modular Home doesn't exactly slide out of a shipping crate fully assembled, it does come with its own construction crew. (Kind of.) Normally, assembling a home—even a tiny one—from scratch takes up to four months. On its website, Adobu promises to shrink that window to just two weeks, and they'll even handle the stress of project management, permits, and more.

Once assembled, you'll see why it's worth every dollar: Taking inspiration from Scandinavian architecture, Adobu teamed up with Kotu, a UK-based design studio, to build a space that makes every inch of the home's 500 square feet count.

The glass doors and LED lighting blend in seamlessly with the waterproof wood exterior, lending the home a rustic, timeless quality. Subtle design touches like the white quartz countertops and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances keep the aesthetic modern on the inside, but not too busy.

Abodu even offers a range of upgrades and "turn-key" packages, which include bedding and furniture from retailers like IKEA and Casper perfectly fitted to the home's dimensions, as well as an option for solar panels.
