The concert scene in Columbus rarely has a dull moment, and this week is overflowing with talent.

Don't know exactly who's coming and when? We have you covered each week.

Who's on deck? Rap star Kendrick Lamar is coming to Columbus on Tuesday with his performance at Value City Arena, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Kenny Chesney is coming to town on Thursday followed by appearances from Kid Laroi, Maria Walker, Leon Bridges and many more.

If you're seeking good music in Columbus, this is a great week to find what you're looking for! No matter what genre you like, there's a bound to be a concert you'll enjoy.

Kendrick Lamar, Aug. 16 at Value City Arena

A highlight of the week, Lamar, a Grammy Award-winning and Pulitzer Prize-winning artist will play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Value City Arena, West Lane Avenue and Olentangy River Road. One of the biggest stars in music will bring his high energy and highly anticipated 'The Big Steppers' tour to town after finishing his album "Mr. Moral and The Big Steppers," in May.

Lee Bains & The Glory Fires, Aug. 17 at Rumba Cafe

Fresh off their Aug. 5 release of their album "Old-Time Folks" Lee Bains & The Glory Fires will play at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Rumba Cafe, 2507 Summit St. The alternative rock band will make their appearance with Loamlands and Hello Emerson.

Popular Grammy Award-winning country artist Chesney will play at 6 p.m. Thursday at Historic Crew Stadium, Interstate 71 near East Hudson Street. Tickets are still available at ticketmaster.com.

The Kid Laroi, Aug. 19 at Kemba Live

Kid Laroi, an Australian rapper, will play at 6 p.m., Friday at Kemba Live, 405 Neil Ave. After releasing his debut album in 2018, Laroi has exploded onto the scene, being nominated for two GrammyAwards, including best new artist and album of the year in 2021.

Peaches Aug. 20, at Newport Music Hall

Peaches will play at 7 p.m. Saturday at Newport Music Hall, 1722 N. High St. The Canadian artist began her musical career as part of the folk trio, Mermaid Cafe, in the 1990s and is now on tour to mark the anniversary of her first album under stage name, Peaches.

Leon Bridges, Aug. 21 at Kemba Live

The soul singer, Bridges, will play 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Kemba Live, 405 Neil Ave. He's part of an impressive list of performers coming to the venue this week. He's best-known for his 2015 song "Coming Home," and received a Grammy nomination for best R&B album for his "Coming Home" album.
