Using an iPad Mini and pair of headphones, "Thought Experiments in F# Minor" leads its audiences along a route through Walt Disney Concert Hall, revealing an imagined world hiding in plain sight. Created by acclaimed multimedia artists Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller and featuring Los Angeles Philharmonic musicians, Thought Experiments asks viewers to follow a film recorded in the past along the same route they are traversing in the present. Made using binaural microphones, which create a three-dimensional sound experience, and edited to create a sense of continuous motion, the fictional world of the film blends seamlessly with the reality of the architecture and body in motion.

On August 1st, step back into Westeros with acclaimed visual effects studio Pixomondo as they recount their eight-year quest in "raising” "Game of Thrones'" dragons from hatchlings to ferocious protectors. Discover all of the work it took in bringing the dragons to life—including behind-the-scenes looks at previsualization, animation, matte painting, visual effects and more. Originally tasked with creating the dragons and then helping them grow and evolve throughout years, the team at Pixomondo took inspiration from chickens, geese, bats, dogs and even themselves to make sure there was always a connection to reality.
