Pet Adoption In The Danville Area: New Dogs, Cats Added This Week
Do you want to add to your family and give back to the world at the same time? Perhaps it's the right time to adopt a pet! During the COVID-19 pandemic, many pets are still looking for their forever homes and shelters still working to fulfill adoptions and place pets with families.
There are thousands of dogs, cats and other animals of all ages without a home across California — many of whom are located not too far from you. For those looking to adopt, a great place to begin the search for your new fur child is at Love And Second Chances, where Calliope the dog is waiting patiently, or another local facility. If you aren't sure if you have time to take care of a pet year round, many shelters also offer opportunities to foster pets until they are placed.
