Pflugerville ISD Announces Weekend Meal Pick Up Schedule

PFLUGERVILLE, TX —In an effort to provide greater assistance to families in need amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Texas Department of Agriculture approved a request by Pflugerville ISD to offer weekend meal service to area students. Beginning Friday, April 17, Pflugerville ISD will designate 10 delivery sites where families may pick up meals for that day, along with two extra breakfast and lunch meals per child.

Meal delivery locations will be open with weekend meals served from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. each Friday as of April 17. Meals will be distributed curbside at any of the following designated delivery locations.

  • Pflugerville High School (in front of the gym): 1301 W Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660

  • Dessau Middle School: 12900 Dessau Rd., Austin, TX 78754

  • Kelly Lane Middle School: 18900 Falcon Pointe Blvd, Pflugerville, TX 78660

  • Park Crest Middle School:1500 N Railroad Ave, Pflugerville, TX 78660

  • Westview Middle School: 1805 Scofield Ln., Austin, TX 78727

  • Copperfield Elementary: 12135 Thompkins Dr, Austin, TX 78753

  • Northwest Elementary: 14014 Thermal Dr, Austin, TX 78728

  • Pflugerville Elementary: 701 Immanuel Rd., Pflugerville, TX 78660

  • Wieland Elementary:900 Tudor House Rd., Pflugerville, TX 78660

  • Windermere Elementary: 429 Grand Avenue Pkwy, Pflugerville, TX 78660

Meal service provided for children age 18 and younger, and parents/guardians may pick up meals with or without children present, however, identification will be required for children not present at pick up. Parents/guardians will only be able to pick up meals for their own children. Identification accepted for children include:

  • Official letter/email from school listing children enrolled

  • Individual student report cards

  • Attendance record from parent portal of school website

  • Birth certificate for children

  • Student ID cards
