The Arizona Department of Transportation released this weekend's installment of freeway closures and restrictions slated for Valley highways as part of its ongoing freeway improvement projects.

Notable closures will be seen along stretches of Interstates 10 and 17, the U.S. 60 and Loop 303, with lane restrictions only in place for the I-10.

As always, ADOT advised drivers to allow for extra time and plan alternate routes. Additionally, drivers should be prepared to slow down and merge safely when venturing through work zones.

Travel and roadway conditions can always be checked at az511.gov to stay up to date.
