Phoenix Mobile Testing Vans Now Offering At-Home Tests, K95 Masks

PHOENIX, AZ —The City of Phoenix has announced that it now has two COVID-19 mobile testing vans in the community, one is operated by Vincere Cancer Center and the other by Premier Lab Solutions.

Beginning Monday, a limited number of COVID-19 at-home tests also will be available at many of those mobile testing locations, the city said. There is a limit of two per person.

Officials running Vincere Cancer Center mobile testing unit said they will be administering free rapid COVID-19 testing for active infection (PCR and antigen), COVID-19 antibodies and Influenza A+B tests.

The Vincere mobile testing sites also will make five free K95 masks available to visitors, according to organizers.

Vincere representatives said antigen and antibody results will be available on-site, while PCR test results will be available by the end of the next business day via email or in up 48 hours if the swabs need to be tested.

According to officials, a visitor's insurance company will be billed for the testing, and visitors are asked to bring their insurance card or information and a photo ID. However, if a visitor does not have insurance, testing will be covered through the CARES act.

Sign-up is required and available online.
