Phoenix Suns' NBA buyout speculation includes Russell Westbrook, John Wall, Reggie Jackson
The NBA trade deadline may have passed, but the Phoenix Suns may not be done adjusting their roster for the rest of the season.
Several players could become free agents if they are bought out from their contracts, and a lot of the NBA buyout market chatter includes speculation about the Suns, who could use some roster depth after trading for Kevin Durant.
Some of the more interesting names in that speculation? Russell Westbrook, John Wall and Reggie Jackson.
Could Phoenix add any of those players, or others, for the stretch run of the season?
Check out some recent speculation involving potential future moves for the Suns.

Sportsnaut: Suns potential destination for John Wall, Reggie Jackson, Patrick Beverley, Russell Westbrook
Of Beverley, Vincent Frank writes: "Beverley still clearly has that dog in him. While he struggled to make much of an impact with the Los Angeles Lakers after an offseason trade from Utah, the veteran’s ability to play elite-level defense can’t be ignored. It’s in this that Beverley is already being linked to his former Minnesota Timberwolves team after a trade from Los Angeles to the Orlando Magic on Thursday. He’s going to be bought out, and will have a strong market among contending teams.
Larry Brown Sports: Suns could add Reggie Jackson on buyout market
Darryn Albert writes: "The Suns are in need of depth after selling the farm to acquire Durant from the Brooklyn Nets. Jackson has a bit of a tendency to overdribble into bad shots and has hit on just 40.0 percent of his attempts from the field over the last two seasons combined. But he can bring scoring and creating punch off the bench, which is an area that Phoenix will need to shore up in order to make a real run in the playoffs beyond just what they have on paper."

Clutch Sports: Suns need to pursue Will Barton, Reggie Jackson, should they become available
David Yapkowitz writes of Barton: "Barton was in first season with the Wizards after being traded from the Denver Nuggets in the offseason. He didn’t feature prominently in the Wizards rotation this season but he still has a lot of offer a team. He had suited up in 40 games for the Wizards and had been averaging 7.7 points per game, 2.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 38.7 percent from the field and 38 percent from the three-point line in just over 19 minutes per game. But it was just last season that Barton featured prominently in the Nuggets rotation and averaged 14.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists while shooting 43.8 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from the three-point line in just over 32 minutes per game."

Sports Illustrated: Suns will have interest in Serge Ibaka, Reggie Jackson, Danny Green, Terrence Ross
Of Ibaka, Bett Siegel writes: "Asking the Milwaukee Bucks for a trade ahead of the trade deadline, Serge Ibaka's wish was granted and he was dealt to the Indiana Pacers as part of a three-team deal that brought Jae Crowder to Milwaukee. Ibaka will now be waived by the Pacers, according to Shams Charania, allowing him to sign with a contender elsewhere."

HoopsHype: Suns could use Kevin Love, Danny Green if they are bought out
Yossi Gozlan write of Love: "Kevin Love could become a buyout candidate after recently being taken out of the Cavaliers rotation so it made him expendable. It seems unlikely Cleveland would grant him one since he still is valuable as a depth piece. If waived, most playoff teams like the Bucks, Celtics, Nuggets, Suns, and Lakers could aggressively pursue him if on the market."
Kevin Durant trade reaction: Phoenix Suns' trade with Brooklyn Nets stuns NBA world
OddsChecker: Suns could be in on John Wall, Frank Kaminsky, should they be bought out
Jason Radowitz writes of Kaminsky: "Another Rocket who could get waived would be Frank Kaminsky. The Suns lost depth. He's not Mikal Bridges or Cam Johnson, but he's familiar with the team and would fit in well in Phoenix. Just a thought."
I don't think the Suns are done! The buyout market is going to be extremely interesting but that will take time to unfold. This also turns the Suns into the most attractive destination for players around the league in the off season going forward. Going to be exciting times folks pic.twitter.com/gImUOk1LzD

Fadeaway World: Suns could land John Wall if he gets bought out by Rockets
Orlando Silva writes: "Wall hasn't had the best experiences around the league ever since he left the Washington Wizards in 2021. Now, the point guard could show what he couldn't on the Los Angeles Clippers, trying to get a new opportunity in the NBA."

Yardbarker: Suns an ideal destination for Russell Westbrook, should he become available
Sean Keane writes: "There's also the Phoenix Suns, who have a hole at backup point guard. Cameron Payne has played only two games since Dec. 13 with a foot injury that he keeps re-aggravating. They might be happy to have a backup like Westbrook, who would also drive far more often than Chris Paul."

GoPHNX: Justin Holiday, Terrence Ross among buyout candidates to monitor for Suns
Of Holiday, Gerald Bourguet writes: "Once listed as a Suns trade target, Justin Holiday is now an intriguing buyout candidate to help out on the wing. The Atlanta Hawks dumped him and Frank Kaminsky on the Rockets before the deadline, and it’s hard to picture Holiday and his $6.3 million expiring contract languishing away on a tanking team. … Holiday will turn 34 in April, but he’s historically been a reliable defender, and at the very least, could address Phoenix’s need for wing help.
