SALT LAKE CITY – Frank Kaminsky hasn't played since Nov. 15, 2021.

He won't get another opportunity to return to action for the Suns this season.

The Suns have waived Kaminsky, who has missed 67 straight games with a "right knee stress reaction" as described in the team's injury report.

The 7-footer out of Wisconsin only played in nine games this season, but averaged 10.6 points on a career-high 54.5% shooting from the field.

Kaminsky scored a career-high 31 points to go along with seven rebounds in a 119-109 win Nov. 11 over Portland as starting center Deandre Ayton was out with a right lower leg contusion .

Kaminsky played in just three more games before being sidelined. He averaged 8.2 points and 4.3 rebounds in three seasons with the Suns.

The Suns (63-17) have just two games remaining in their historic regular season, at Utah on Friday and Sunday at home against Sacramento.

Dario Saric is the only player listed out for Friday's game. Saric has missed the whole season after a suffering a torn right ACL in Game 1 of last year's finals.

Devin Booker (low back soreness), Deandre Ayton (right ankle soreness), Jae Crowder (right ankle soreness) and Chris Paul (right thumb injury management) all missed Wednesday's road loss against the Clippers on the second of a back-to-back.

Booker, Ayton, Crowder and Paul played in Tuesday's home win over the Lakers to set a franchise record for victories in a single season.
