ACROSS AMERICA — Martin Luther King Jr. Day was marked across the country by parades and marches Monday. In a number of cities, people gathered to celebrate King's legacy. In Washington, D.C., King's eldest son, Martin Luther King III, called on Congress to pass voting rights legislation to help make it easier to vote.
