SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — United States President Joe Biden and China’s Xi Jinping are not the only powerful people in San Francisco for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference Wednesday. The conference drew in more than 20,000 attendees and 22 world leaders.
