PHOTOS: Heavy rains, flood damage across the Pacific Northwest

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — With the most recent atmospheric river expected to finally leave the Pacific Northwest Wednesday afternoon, it’s clear that the storm caused damage.

From flooding to crashes, road washouts to landslides it has been a very soggy and destructive 4 days. Thankfully, the end of this round of wet weather is in sight.
