Nicholls State University celebrated with more than 700 students graduating this Spring semester.

Graduates and family gathered May 13 in Stopher Gym to honor those who received their diplomas. Graduation was held in three sets with guest speakers Chief Judge Blair Edwards, 21st Judicial District Court of the State of Louisiana; Chef Marcelle Bienvenu, cookbook author and food writer; and Rep. Joseph A. Orgeron, Louisiana State Representative for District 54, delivering the Commencement Addresses for each set.
