<p>A crowd of Subaru and STI fans converge on the main stage, set up at Fuji Speedway, to see the upcoming year's racing team lineups announced, news, and more. </p>

<p>Sponsors of STI racing teams and suppliers that hawk Subaru-related parts were also on hand, including Cusco, with displays and product galleries for attendees to browse. </p>

<p>Yes, in Japan, the Subaru Foresters are cooler than they are here in the U.S. There even are factory STI-tuned Foresters. </p>

<p>Here the Subaru STI Nürburgring 24-hours race team pulls the sheet off of the coming year's race car. </p>

<p>That is one mean Subaru STI-might we suggest more wing?</p>

<p>Ah, that's better, plenty of wing! As a celebration of all things Subaru and STI, there were all manner of Subaru and STI vehicles on hand, both stock and, ahem, otherwise. </p>

<p>There was no shortage of World Rally blue Subaru WRXs and STI models present at the STI Motorsports gathering. </p>

<p>Subaru Legacy station wagons bristle like this when provoked by curious American onlookers. </p>

<p>We noted plenty of modified Subarus wearing homages to popular Anime characters; see: the Impreza in the middle of this photo. </p>
