The Sioux Falls LGBTQ+ community celebrated Pride on Saturday during the Sioux Falls Pride Festival.

The festival kicked off with a parade from Eighth Street and Dakota Avenue to Eightth Street and Railroad Center in the morning. 14-year-old Kris Wilka, a trans boy who is known for his trans activism, was the grand marshal.

There were also a variety of floats and marchers during the parade.

The Festival took place at Railroad Center with multiple vendors as well as drag performances and live music in the afternoon.
