CLEVELAND (WJW) – Northeast Ohio was covered with snow after Friday’s major winter storm, leaving some residents with even a foot of snow in their neighborhood.

Once the snow started coming down – a familiar face got in on the action.

Buddy the Elf helped blow the snow in Westlake.

Later, a viewer sent video of the Grinch pitching in in North Ridgeville.

The snow is expected to last into the weekend.
