Singer Carnie Wilson, who has long battled weight issues, has had weight loss surgery for a second time. Wilson, of the group Wilson Phillips, confirmed to People magazine that she had lap-band surgery and has lost 30 pounds since undergoing the procedure on Jan. 18.
