Imagine if we could custom order our body parts according to the best features of the hottest celebrities in the world? I’ll take Ciara’s arms, Jayda Pinkett’s abs, throw in Cameron Diaz’s legs and Khloe K’s glutes and we’ll call it a day. Fat chance – pun not intended!

Unfortunately, the reality is that unless you have millions of dollars to spend on plastic surgery, chiseling different parts of the body comes down to a little bit of genetics and a lot of hard work in the gym. For the most part these celebrity bodies don’t happen by luck or by accident. Not only do these ladies put in the time but they also have some of the most renowned trainers and nutritionists on the roster helping them sculpt and tone their figures.

But luckily, we have intel on some of the favourite moves of the leading celebrity trainers. In combination with each other, the above exercises provide a star calibre full-body workout that you can do at home. Complete the circuit anywhere from three to five times, taking a small break between each round.
