Are you itching to do some Black Friday shopping? Inside you'll find circulars from top local retailers on the best Black Friday deals that add up to hundreds of dollars in savings. You'll find everything you need to map out your plan of attack for whenever you decide to do some holiday shopping

Community stories

This year we take you around New Mexico to connect with great stories that highlight the state's food culture and its love affair with green chile.

You'll visit Capitan's Oso Grill and learn about the most loved menu items from the grill's owners, Pam and Brian Cleckler.

Then head over to Farmington where James Beard nominated chef Justin Pinoche will offer advice on nailing Thanksgiving eats.

You'll find a list of our most recommended "New Mexican" products to get a start on your holiday shopping.

And because a little competition is always healthy, we'll share stories from our USA Today Network partners in Colorado who also have a crush on recipes that feature green chile.

Where can I get the Thanksgiving edition?

The Thanksgiving Day edition will be available Wednesday, Nov. 22 by home delivery and at any of your favorite pick up spots, including grocery stores and convenience stations.

Due to the holiday there will be no print edition of the Thursday, Nov. 23 paper. If you are a subscriber log in to the website to access the available e-edition.
