The picks are in: Meet Kentucky's Mr. and Ms. Golf winners and All-State honorees

For the second straight year, Taylor County High School’s Luke Coyle and Marshall County’s Trinity Beth have been named Kentucky’s Mr. and Ms. Golf.

Coyle, a senior who has committed to the University of Alabama, won four individual titles during the regular season and finished with 1,205 All-State points. Taylor County teammate Seth Smith finished second with 1,200 points.

Coyle helped Taylor County finish fourth in the state tournament and tied for 25th place in the individual race.

Earning first-team All-State honors from the Louisville area were Ballard senior Micah Bertram, Collins junior Sam Guest and Christian Academy junior Brady Smith.

Beth is only a freshman but earned Ms. Golf honors for the third straight year. She finished with 1,490 All-State points. Madison Central senior Elizabeth Eberle was the runner-up with 1,170 points.

Beth won six titles in nine regular-season starts. She also finished as the individual state champion and helped Marshall County place second in the team competition.

Shelby County senior Isabella Wiley was the only Louisville-area golfer to earn first-team All-State honors.
