Cinnamon Toast Crunch is on a serious roll when it comes to pumping out innovative treats. Gone are the days where you can only enjoy the bite in cereal form! Recently, we were introduced to oatmeal and cinnamon rolls inspired by the beloved breakfast food, and now we’ll soon be able to get in cookie dough.

The Pillsbury Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamon Flavored Cookie Dough is exactly what you would picture the cereal as cookie dough. The new treat consists of precut cookie dough that is filled with cinnamon flavor. While the brand typically cuts the dough into 24, these are in 12 pieces, which means each cookie will be twice as big as what you’re used to. Bigger is certainly better when it comes to cookies, if you ask us.

This limited-edition cookie dough low-key popped up on Instacart recently. In our experience, that means the brand isn’t ready to announce the product just yet, but it has been released to retailers so they can start prepping on their websites and for inventory. That should mean that it’s only a matter of time until we get the sweet smell of cinnamon cookies fresh out of the oven!

In April 2020, Pillsbury began relaunching its cookie doughs so that the recipes allowed them to be baked or eaten raw. We know, it was a serious game-changer. It’s nice to know this trend isn’t going anywhere, because the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamon Flavored Cookie Dough packaging has the same badge saying you can eat raw if you’d like. That means you no longer have to find the time to pop them in the oven if you don’t want to, because it’s just a matter of opening and eating. It’s truly the gift we all deserve.
