  • Pink is dropping a new single, and she's looking really strong while she's doing it.

  • The singer, 43, posted an Instagram photo where she's wearing fishnets, booty shorts, and rollerskates, and her legs are mega toned.

  • Pink has worked out with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins for a long time, and the two put in some serious work together.

It’s been a minute since Pink had dropped a new album (three years, to be specific, but who’s keeping track?). So, naturally, people are bugging out now that the singer is teasing a new single on Instagram.

Pink juuust dropped a promo on Instagram for "Never Gonna Not Dance Again," a new single coming everyone's way on November 4. Set your calendar alert now, people!

In true Pink fashion, the photo she included with the teaser is simply everything. It features the 43-year-old rollerskating through a grocery store’s refrigerated aisle in booty shorts, a letterman’s jacket, and fishnets covering super toned legs. She looks like she’s having a blast, and I can't blame her. It looks really fun.

Pink kept the caption simple, writing “11/4 #NGNDA” and people promptly lost it. “Yasss!!!! Another Era of P!nk!!! Im so pumped!!” one wrote in the comments. “Babe you look so cool,” another said.

Of course, Pink has always been a super athlete, and it’s hardly shocking to see her looking like she’s living her strongest, best life while whizzing around on roller skates. She’s shared a few behind-the-scenes snippets of her routines here and there, and even applauded her self-described “thunder thighs” in 2020 alongside a photo of herself completely crushing it on a wakeboard.

Last month, Pink dropped video of herself skateboarding barefoot alongside her daughter Willow, because she’s just really into being active.

Pink is also big into yoga, pulling off some impressive moves like it’s nothing. Check out this video of her doing the crow pose (which is already tough) with her son Jameson on her back. “Super relaxing yoga session #laughteristhebestmedicine,” she joked in the caption.

Pink (real name: Alecia) has been working with fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins on cardio-sculpt workouts for ages, and Jenkins has had some really sweet things to say about her famous client. Also, in case you've never tried it, Jeanette has some really intense (and free) bootcamps on YouTube that will leave you sore for days. It literally has almost 35 million views at this point, so it's certainly well-loved.

“Alecia is one of the hardest working women I’ve ever met," Jenkins said about Pink on Instagram in 2020. "When we first started training she was shooting a movie, recording a new album, learning how to be a new mom, working on getting her body back into top condition so she could deliver her fans an incredible tour."

“She’s the same kick ass hard-working loving mama today!” Jenkins continued. “Thank you for welcoming me into your journey.”

But one of the coolest things about Pink is how body positive she is. She previously shared in an interview with Billboard about how she once went to a fitting years ago and was stressed, thinking that she looked bigger than usual. “I was so thin,” she recalled. “That's what we do to ourselves, and we should stop it. And now I'm almost 150 pounds, and I look f*cking awesome.”

Is it November 4 yet? Pink, you're amazing!
