After being closed for four months of renovations, Ree Drummond is hosting an official grand re-opening of the Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska Friday and Saturday.

The Mercantile, which originally opened six years ago, houses a restaurant, bakery and general store. All were refreshed with new seating, lighting, awnings and finishings, as well as uniforms, store assortment and even new menu items.

“After several years of welcoming guests from near and far, we really wanted to elevate TheMerc’s spaces while also keeping everything warm, welcoming and familiar,” said Drummond, known to television audiences as The Pioneer Woman. “I couldn’t be more excited about the results and we can’t wait to kick off a new era of good times and delicious food here at The Mercantile.”

Drummond also will pop in occasionally for meet-and-greet opportunities with customers.
