The Pioneer Woman Team Shares the Best Advice We've Ever Received From Our Moms

"Mother knows best!" Who amongst us hasn’t heard that phrase a million times throughout our childhood, rebellious teen years, and even into adulthood? It’s probably because...it’s true 😂. Moms know all the best words of wisdom to share when you’re feeling sad, frustrated, or about to embark on a new adventure.

Alex, for example, got this sage tidbit from Ree ahead of her wedding to Mauricio. “Although we’re told marriage is a 50/50 thing, I’ve found that approaching it as 100/100 is even better,” she said. “There will be times when one of you can’t bring or give as much to the marriage as the other, whether because of illness, fatigue, stress...and during those times, it’s good to think of it as 100/100 so you can fill in each other’s gaps.” So wise!
