We've been waiting with bated breath for months now...and the big day is finally here. Ree's brand-new cookbook, The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Super Easy! is officially available online and at bookstores near you!

So, what's the story behind this new collection of recipes? Well, it's all right there in the title: Not a single ingredient in the new book is complicated, difficult, or hard to find, and each recipe is intended to come together quickly. "Super easy," indeed.

"As much as I've always loved cooking (and of course, eating!), it seems that more and more these days, I'm looking for ways to simplify my life in the kitchen," Ree says of the new title in her collection of cookbooks. "I find myself gravitating toward recipes that are delicious but don't require a lot of prep or fuss, because they free me up to have more time (and energy) for other areas of my life."

Of course, while the recipes within it may be simple and pared down, the book itself is anything but. Clocking in at a whopping 384 pages, it contains 120 (count 'em!) recipes, including effortless breakfasts, breezy skillet meals, speedy soups, and more. If you purchase the Walmart Exclusive edition, you'll also be treated to five bonus recipes.

Now, we're not one to pick favorites...but if you're looking for somewhere to start, you can't go wrong with the butter pecan French toast or teriyaki chicken sheet pan supper. The broccoli-cheese stromboli is a great option for kids, and there's also an entire section of pastas and grains, including a one-pot sausage pasta that'll make your family fall in love with Sunday dinner all over again.

Adding to the fun are assemble-in-the-baking-dish casseroles, more sheet pan suppers, and tons of one-bowl desserts. Yes, there are mug cakes to get excited about here, too—and a Top Secret Chocolate Cake worth swooning over.

Here's to a year's worth of fabulous new meal ideas—and then some!
