Pirates invite 17 more non-roster players to spring training

The Pittsburgh Pirates will have at least 65 players in camp when they hold their first full-squad workout of spring training March 20 in Bradenton, Fla.

On Thursday, the Pirates announced an additional 17 players have been invited to camp on a non-roster basis, including many of their top prospects.

The list includes right-handers Cody Bolton, Wei-Chieh Huang, Jared Jones, Carmen Mlodzinski, Kyle Nicolas and Quinn Priester; catcher Carter Bins, Henry Davis and Jason Delay; first baseman/outfielder Matt Gorski; infielders Andres Alvarez, Nick Gonzales, Drew Maggi, Termarr Johnson, Malcom Nunez and Chris Owings; and outfielder Lolo Sanchez.
