Pine Island Pizza v. Nice Guys

WINNER: NICE GUYS

So far, Pine Island Pizza has bounced No. 1 seed Pizza D-Lux and Grandpa’s Pizza, which earned an 8.1 rating from Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy. It doesn’t get any easier this week. Can the legions of N.Y. slice-loving fans do it again? Everyone loves a Cinderella. (5465 Pine Island Road, Bokeelia; 239-283-7992; pineislandpizza.com)

Nice Guys’ unique pizzas are up to any challenge. Just last week, the Cape Coral joint proudly served up The Leprechaun for St. Patrick’s Day — a corned beef, cabbage, potato and mustard and cheese-topped pizza to lucky diners. Creativity is tough to beat. (1404 Cape Coral Parkway E., Cape Coral; 239-549-7542; niceguyspizza.com)

Joe Daddy's vs. Downtown House of Pizza

WINNER: JOE DADDY'S

Joe Daddy’s, the other Cape Coral representative, has quietly tossed, stirred and spun its way into the Final Four. Joe Calderone has come up with a winning formula for his pizza and for beating the competition. (2481 Del Prado Blvd. N., Cape Coral; 239-573-6600; joedaddyspizza.com)

No. 2-seeded Downtown House of Pizza has eaten up the competition thus far, averaging 77.5% of the votes in its matchups. Another performance like that and downtown Fort Myers’ favorite flopable and foldable slice will be in the title matchup. (1520 Hendry St., Fort Myers; 239-337-3467; downtownhouseofpizza.com)
