- New this morning, another player will soon leave the Houston Rockets. The team says that it is attempting to trade for PJ Tucker. Tucker traveled with the Rockies to Sacramento for their game against the Kings last night, but he didn't play and was on his way back to Houston before the game ended. The 35-year-old has been pushing for a trade for the past few weeks, and at some point last night, the team's general manager agreed to part ways with Tucker. Tucker is in the final season of a $31 million, four-year deal. If he is traded, Tucker would be the third Houston starter to be recently dealt away.
