Limited tickets remain for the Dec. 8-11 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival headlined by nameplate chefs and food-TV personalities.

Of the 20-plus events in the annual four-day affair studded with dinners, cocktail soirees and more, nine still have tickets to offer at www.pbfoodwinefest.com.

They are:

* Beef & Bourbon Experience, a four-course bourbon-paired dinner at 7 p.m. Dec. 8 at Okeechobee Prime’s event hall in West Palm Beach. It will be hosted by owner Ralph Lewis and celebrity guest chef Robert Irvine. Tickets are $350 ($100 of each ticket will be donated to the Robert Irvine Foundation).

* A Mexican Lunch, a four-course tequila-paired noon meal on Dec. 9 at Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach. Host chef Julien Gremaud will be joined by guest chefs Clay Conley and Ben Ford as they prepare classic Mexican dishes with non-traditional ingredients. The event is $200 a person.

* A Southern Revival, a four-course noon lunch on Dec. 9 at The Regional in West Palm Beach. Host chef Lindsay Autry and guest chefs Ashley Christensen, Mason Hereford and Jamal Lake will highlight quintessential southern dishes. The event is $200.

* Sunset & Swirls, a 5 p.m. wine tasting on Dec. 9 at Savor at Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan. Sommelier and author Anthony Giglio will lead the tasting while sharing anecdotes and insights. The event is $125.

* Dinner at Florie’s, a five-course wine-paired meal at 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Four Seasons’ signature Palm Beach restaurant. Chef de cuisine Nino La Spina will serve dishes showcasing Florie’s “live-fire” cooking techniques. The event is $250.

* Smoke & Sunshine, a noon barbecue event on Dec. 10 with live music at Tropical Smokehouse in West Palm Beach. Owner/chef Rick Mace (formerly of Café Boulud) will be joined by pitmaster chefs John Bates, Hector Garate, Andy Knudson, Elliott Moss and Esaul Ramos. The event is $125.

* Chillin’ ‘N' Grillin', a 12:30 p.m. al fresco cookout-style affair on Dec. 10 at Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan. Host chef Neall Bailey will be joined poolside by guest chefs Maneet Chauhan, Ashley Christensen, Joe Flamm, Ben Ford, Sarah Grueneberg, Tony Mantuano, Ken Oringer and Alex Seidel. The event is $200.

* Bubbles & Bites, a 7 p.m. walkaround cocktails-and-bites event on Dec. 10 at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens. Retro music will be played at the affair featuring chefs Lindsay Autry, Jeremy Ford and Miguel Santiago. The event is $200.

* Grand Tasting Finale, a 2-6 p.m. event on Dec. 11 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, with dozens of area restaurants offering food-and-drink samples. The annual Grand Chef Throwdown cooking competition also will be featured. The event is $95.
