By plane, car and train: Busiest travel week since pandemic expected this Thanksgiving

Holiday travel across the country is expected to be the busiest its been since the pandemic began. At the Sacramento International Airport, November might be another record-breaking travel month. The TSA expects to screen about 20 million air passengers this Thanksgiving week, the largest number seen in two years. Despite an increase in travel, some continue to enjoy no lines at Sacramento International. "We got here and we walked right up, which was a shock but we realized it may be a downtime, by talking to the counter. We lucked out," said Christy Mastres, who traveled hours early from Modesto.
