Down here, bring it in. Week one is in the books. It has come, it has gone. It happened. It's over. I love week one though because it is this rush, this flood of information that just smacks us in the face. Some things that we expected, some things that we didn't expect.

And that is our topic here today in the "Fantasy Football Survival Kit." We ask you people, the people, my people what was the fantasy performance that surprised you the most from week one? Let's get right into it. Our first one here is James Robinson. Yeah, James Robinson, Hello. Where the hell was James Robinson?

He certainly wasn't showing up in your fantasy football box score. Now if you drafted James Robinson in August and you allowed yourself to go into the darkness and imagine the worst possible scenario, it sure looked an awful lot like week one. I mean, we're talking about James Robinson, a guy that had like 80%, 90% of the Jaguars touches last year getting out touched by Carlos freaking Hyde in week one.

So now what we're looking at here is a committee back on a bad football team. That is the recipe for a fantasy football disaster at the running back position. I don't know what to tell you with this one. You're kind of banged if you got Carlos Hyde and frankly, James Robinson on your fantasy team.

Next one up though, I didn't draft very much James Robinson. I started drafting a lot of Brandon Aiyuk And I told a lot of YOU people to draft him as well. So yeah, some tears might have been flowing on Sunday, but I have to admit I have been playing fantasy for a long time. I have never been more caught off guard than by what happened with the 49ers on Sunday.

I mean, Trey Sermon, that was one thing. But then Brandon Aiyuk getting the second team work. I mean, we got beat writers out here like, well, of course. I mean, Brandon Aiyuk, he was going to run behind Trent Sherfield Of course, of course.

What do you mean, "of course?" Where the hell did that come from? It would have been nice to know that, you know, before like, five seconds after kickoff. That would have been great information to know, I don't know last week, two days ago, three days ago. I don't know.

Either way, what I'm here to do today is to implore you to stick with Brandon Aiyuk. We are going to be fine. He's just coming back slow from a hamstring injury. We're going to get there eventually, folks. Don't freak out.

The Packers though, yikes. I mean, imagine being Aaron Rodgers, right? You do this whole thing in the off-season where you're fighting with the team. There's all this drama, all this hoopla, and yeah, then you're tossing your iPad in week one. I know this wasn't from week one. That's not the point.

You're tossing your iPad because you come back in week one after all that, and you get your [BLEEP] handed to you by Jameis Winston. I mean, what a tough scene. But I'm not worried about the Packers. They've got the Lions in week two. So Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones, Davante Adams, all of these guys are going to bounce back just fine. Do not freak out about your Packers, even though Aaron Rodgers looks pretty sad over there. What a poor guy.

Next, we have the aforementioned Jameis Winston, and yeah hats off to Lasik Jameis. I mean, Lasik Jameis and Sean Payton, the couple of the year that we did not know we needed, but we are sure glad exists. If you just look at the Saints depth chart right before week one, you would have been like, who's that? Who's that? Who's that? Who's that? Who's that?

Well, that collection of really no name guys and Jameis Winston absolutely took it to the Packers. Jameis Winston had five touchdown passes. He was the most efficient quarterback on a per drop back basis in week one. But, again, my people, you know that you are who you are. You are who you are. You don't really change that much. Jameis certainly is who he is.

At some point we're going to get those disaster moments where there's turnovers, he's taking sacks. Nevertheless, for now, in this moment we're happy that it's happening, and we're riding Jameis as a pretty good streaming quarterback. Hats off to you, Lasik Jameis.

Now we move into the part of the program that I just hate. This is my least favorite part.

(WHISPERING) I'm totally kidding. This is definitely my favorite part.

Where we talk about the worst tweet of the week. And this one-- look, it's not a problem with your gift. It's not a problem with your Twitter handle. I know it usually takes some umbrage with that kind of stuff. It's your answer here. Ronald Jones.

You were surprised by Ronald Jones getting benched after fumbling in week one? That was literally like, the most predictable thing that possibly could have happened in week one. Look, and I don't-- Bruce Arians, snappy dresser, probably a pretty good guy. Seems like someone you want to get a beer with. But I'm not trusting Bruce Arians when it comes to this backfield.

This backfield is a total mess. Bruce can tell me that he's starting in week two. What about this just happened? Like, that is exactly what could happen every single week. Jones could get pulled. He's already got a split time with Leonard Fournette. Gio Bernard's back there catching passes.

You want Brady, you want Godwin, you want Mike Evans, and you want Antonio Brown, and Gronk from this team. You do not want to mess around with the backfield. But at least credit to you. At least you were self-aware in a time when people are not very self-aware right now.

And at least you admitted it was your bad because it was your bad. But that's OK because we're going to take that awareness and we're going to keep our eyes on the prize. We got fantasy championships to win. And just because week one happened, we got a long season to go. Let's go get this thing.
