A new Plymouth spa will bring IV therapy and aesthetic services to the area. Plus, a mortgage company opens its newest location.
PLYMOUTH - The following are details about two new businesses on Eastern Avenue in Plymouth.
IV Wellness & Aesthetics
IV Wellness + Aesthetics, 710 Eastern Ave., is opening Aug. 17, and will offer services in IV therapy, aesthetic and laser treatments.
Owner Jenni Scheel, who is board certified in aesthetics by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, said a big part of why she wanted to open a business was her love for aesthetic medicine.
Before opening IV Wellness & Aesthetics, Scheel said she worked in integrative medicine and family medicine.
IV Wellness & Aesthetics will offer several IV therapy treatments, like “anti-stress," “detox” and “metabolism.”
Treatments will range from $125 to around $225, according to the website.
Vitamin shots will also be offered.
Some may try IV therapy because it can speed up the body’s absorption of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Rather than taking them in through digestion, IV therapy injects the nutrients directly into the bloodstream, which can speed up and increase the absorption process.
There will also be an IV VIP membership offered for $99 per month, which includes one IV therapy treatment and one vitamin shot a month and 15% off other services excluding Zo Skin care. The membership excludes the NAD+ and high-dose vitamin C drips and vitamin D and NAD+ vitamin shots. The membership requires a 90-day commitment.
Aesthetic services like BOTOX, KYBELLA, derma fill, hydrafacials and platelet-rich plasma face treatment will also be offered.
Laser treatments include hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne treatment and skin tightening.
IV Wellness & Aesthetics will also sell ZO skincare products.
Scheel said she wanted to open IV Wellness & Aesthetics in Plymouth to bring “... big-city procedures into a small town," and one of her goals for the new business is to bring wellness from within.
IV Wellness + Aesthetics is by appointment only right now, and appointments can be made on its website. Scheel will also offer virtual consultation appointments.

Bell Bank Mortgage
Bell Bank Mortgage, 2831 Eastern Ave., hosted a grand opening with the Plymouth and Sheboygan County Chambers of Commerce for its newest location in the state Aug. 10.
The Plymouth location is Bell Bank Mortgage’s seventh in Wisconsin, according to its website.
"We're looking to serve that community," Sarajane Trier, Wisconsin producing area manager for Bell Bank Mortgage, said. "We have some really great loan programs for people who are looking to buy a home or build a home or remodel their existing home and look forward to engaging with Sheboygan County. We see a lot of value in that area. And I mean value as far as there's just great people up there."
Trier said although some mortgage companies are contracting, some merging or getting smaller, as a result of a changing real estate market, Bell Bank Mortgage is looking to grow.
The Plymouth office is staffed by mortgage loan officers Derrick Hermann and Sara Spicer.
