Newfields' Sprouse exhibit ties in Blondie and iconic moments
A big Newfields gallery is neon-color heaven right now, packed with '80s and '90s outfits — including a copy of the dress Debbie Harry wore in "Heart of Glass" — designed by Hoosier Stephen Sprouse. They're all so significant that the museum actually cut the mannequins down to accommodate the clothes. I talked to staff about Sprouse's vision and dug up a few fascinating quotes from him in our newspaper archives.

An Edgar Allan Poe-themed restaurant is open
This 25,000-square-foot spot includes a library room, obviously, and plenty of nooks — so many, in fact, that it can accommodate about 5,000 people. Those who are on keto-friendly, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets will be pleased.
