Poke Ichii offers build-your-own poke options. Choose from proteins like spicy tuna or seared salmon, toppings like habanero masago, avocado or kimchi, and sauces like spicy mayo or citrus green miso sauce.

There's also poke nachos, Spam musubi, macaron ice cream and more.
