Poland alleged to have covertly sent MiG-29s to Ukraine last spring
The publication writes that this was done "after a big dispute" and in a "combined" way — under the guise of spare parts.

"The fuselage or wings are also spare parts," sources in the Polish government said.
On March 11, U.S. Republican senators demanded that the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden allow the transfer of Polish MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine to resist the full-scale Russian invasion.

The Biden administration initially indicated that the MiG-29s currently in Poland could be deployed to Ukraine to provide air support, but the Pentagon instead sent them to a U.S. base in Germany, believing that the planes are not the most effective weapon and that the Polish plan to send them to Ukraine could have a "high risk" of escalating the war.
After a series of emotional statements by Kyiv and Warsaw, Washington, represented by Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, finally rejected the transfer of the Polish fighter jets to Ukraine on March 9.
