Poland is exploring the creation of an experimental Ukraine border crossing to streamline freight truck passage, thanks to the combined efforts of Ukrainian and Polish border guards and customs officers.

This was announced by Grzegorz Ostach, a board member of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIT), during a July 4 conference on the development of transport links between Ukraine and Poland.

“Poland has become a hub for the delivery of essential cargo to Ukraine,” said Ostach.
