Poland transfers 1,570 Starlink terminals to Ukraine
According to Fedorov, the terminals are crucial at the moment, as there are problems with power supply across Ukraine, due to Russian missile and drone strikes. During emergency power cuts, mobile operators and internet service providers can’t function in some regions. Therefore, the government will establish an array of public Wi-Fi access points so that people can remain in touch.

“We will also transfer some of these terminals to civil administrations in liberated territories,” the minister added.
“In addition, we will provide Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukraine’s railway operator) with them so that passengers and employees have a stable mobile connection and internet access.”

Fedorov noted that since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukraine has received more than 20,000 Starlink terminals from its partners, with 5,000 of them supplied by the Polish government.
“I thank the Polish government for the constant support and the ZAMMLER group of logistics companies for the free delivery of this new batch of (Starlink) terminals to Ukraine,” Fedorov concluded.
