Polaris ATV stolen from Honesdale area garage

Pennsylvania State Police, Honesdale, are seeking information on the theft of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) taken from a private garage in Dyberry Township, Friday, December 16.

Trooper J. Warner states that a green 2018 Polaris Ranger 900 was taken from the victim on Heaven Lane, Dyberry Township at around 8:30 p.m. Two unknown persons circled the victim's property in an attempt to avoid being seen and approached an outbuilding from the rear.

After gaining access to the garage, they removed the Polaris, but failed in trying to start and remove another ATV located in the building, the report states. The actors fled the residence down the driveway aboard the Polaris, to State Route 670.
