Polaris Fashion Place has welcomed three new tenants.

IrieJam Island Grill, The Candy Spot and Tradehome Shoes are now open at the Delaware County shopping center. The stores join others to open recently in the mall, including the outdoor store Public Lands.

Family-owned Afro-Caribbean restaurant IrieJam Island Grill opened in the rotating KTCHN space inside Polaris' food hall on April 28. The restaurant joins Sammy's Halal near Dick's Sporting Goods.

The restaurant serves Jamaican and West African cuisine, including jerk chicken, oxtail, curry chicken, jerk brisket and plantain.

Executive chef and co-founder Kesia Boamah was born and raised in Lucea, Jamaica, and has owned and operated restaurants in Jamaica and the U.S.

Minnesota-based footwear retailer Tradehome Shoes opened on April 29 on the mall's upper level next to Williams Sonoma.

The retailer has 100 stores in 22 states and is 100% employee-owned. The store sells brands such as Birkenstock, HOKA, Chaco, Brooks and others.

Ohio-based candy shop The Candy Spot opened on the second level, next to Macy's, on May 1.

The shop sells old-fashioned candies, international candies, chocolates, nuts, classic sodas, toys and more.

Polaris officials did not say what businesses the new tenants replaced.

The shopping destination will also welcome smoothie chain Jamba, jewelry brand Lovisa, the return of Zales Jewelers, and CBD retail chain Natural Life all later this year, as well as expansions for COhatch and Crocs.
