Jun. 10—ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Officers briefly shut down a swath of Northeast Albuquerque Thursday morning due to reports of a person pointing a rifle at residents.
Albuquerque police spokesman Gilbert Gallegos said the person was in custody and nobody was injured.
"Officers are still securing the scene," he said.
Police had shut down roads around Louisiana and San Antonio NE around 11:30 a.m. as they searched for the suspect.
